A Canadian Mid-Century Ceramic Lamp by Lotte

Of tapering cylinder form, the surface of very low relief concentric circles.

Lotte lamps were first produced in 1956 in Ontario. The company was founded by the Bostlund family, who emigrated to Canada from Denmark in 1953. The lamps are named after Lotte Bostlund, the primary designer, who trained at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen and the Danish School for Arts and Crafts.
